Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a full-time, on-site BCBA Clinical Manager to lead clinical services and support high-quality ABA delivery within an assigned region.   • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Experience supervising ABA staff and clinical teams.
  • Experience in behavioral healthcare or related field preferred.

BCBA - Clinical Manager

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is looking for a full-time, on-site BCBA Clinical Manager to lead clinical services and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services within an assigned region.

The Clinical Manager is a key clinical leadership role responsible for providing oversight, guidance, and clinical support to the team while ensuring treatment quality, procedural integrity, and continuity of care. This position works closely with Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Coordinators, Behavior Technicians, families, and the Quality Assurance team.


What You'll Do
  • Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to an assigned team of clinical staff and Behavior Technicians.
  • Oversee clinical programming, treatment plans, and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to ensure they are appropriate, data-driven, and consistently implemented.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses as clinically appropriate.
  • Review client progress and ensure treatment plans are updated based on clinical data and ongoing needs.
  • Provide caregiver training and support to promote consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Support the clinical team with case consultation, problem-solving, and treatment recommendations.
  • Conduct home, clinic, and community visits based on client and program needs.
  • Participate in the initial visits for new clients to support assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Provide clinical training and development to team members to strengthen clinical competency and treatment fidelity.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Operations to address clinical and administrative needs within the region.
  • Participate in the hiring and selection process for clinical and direct-care staff by providing clinical input and participating in interviews.
  • Participate in required clinical meetings, including monthly clinic meetings and bi-weekly BCBA meetings.
  • Support monthly parent meetings and other stakeholder meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, supervision requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in CentralReach.
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision.
  • Experience working in behavioral healthcare or a related field.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to support and develop clinical teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
