Job summary

This is done by providing insights and guidance to business owners. Depending on market assigned portfolio size recommended as 30 to 80 clients Business sales size $2 MM to $50 MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM. The Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV role is a more senior level Regional Banking RM and provides credit and mentoring guidance to more junior Relationship Managers. This role will focus on businesses of greater sales size, cross-sell and negotiating pricing and fees and bring the whole bank to clients.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice. Builds and maintains a robust network of local market COI relationships, both external and internal.* Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.* Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers.
