Job summary

Alpine Bank in Colorado is seeking an Operations Supervisor II to lead the operational management and guidance of two retail locations in the assigned region. You will drive productivity, uphold quality, and ensure high customer service standards across each site.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, perform audits, and coordinate training while collaborating with bank-wide teams to implement best practices in daily banking operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced New Accounts training required.
• Colorado Driver's License required.
• Notary Public is a plus.
• Dormant A status preferred or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Experience in banking operations and cash handling is needed.

Responsibilities

• Practices exceptional service with customers using training programs and measurement tools.
• Uses software applications to accomplish daily tasks and assists with training others on these programs.
• Supports operational needs such as processing daily transactions, wires, ATM settlement, vault balancing, safe deposit box entry/exit.
• Provides customers with information on deposits, rates, service charges, restrictions, and other account details.
• Performs location audits and acts as primary contact for audit items.
• Responsible for location and staff adherence to customer service initiatives.
• Assists with open/close procedures as needed.
• Back-up for CARE training within the region.
• Collaborates with bank areas to develop best practices for operations.
• Handles escalated customer concerns and sets regional goals.
• Monitors budget adherence and reviews surveys for coaching.
