Dollar Bank seeks a Regional Banking Supervisor to lead customer-focused sales and relationship-building across multiple branches in the North Region, including Braddock Hills, Penn Hills, Oakland, Squirrel Hill, and more. Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s degree OR 2+ years demonstrated ability delivering outstanding customer service in financial services or retail.
• Leadership, supervision, or mentorship experiences required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Educate customers on how to utilize technology in branch, online, or mobile banking.
• Assist in training and development of new employees within the bank.
• Learn how to open and close branches.
• Adhere to all established branch operational processes and procedures.
• Make sound, balanced decisions prioritizing risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
