UiPath is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Regional Banking & Credit Union sector in the United States. You will advise mid-market banks and financial services orgs on modernization through Automation and AI, coordinating with prospects, customers, and the UiPath team to uncover opportunities across lending, underwriting, servicing, and compliance.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in a consulting/sales engineering/solution advisory role.
Experience supporting banking, financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, or RPA.

Responsibilities

Evangelize Automation and AI value for banking/financial services.
Act as trusted advisor to mid-market banks and fintechs.
Understand regulatory pressures and operational challenges in banking/FS.
Partner with sales to define account strategy and expand UiPath footprint.
Lead discovery workshops to identify automation opportunities.
Build industry-specific demos, architectures, and PoV engagements.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine solutions.
