As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Bank organization, based in Alexandria, Virginia, you will engage in customer service, sales, and financial advising activities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer experiences by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and foster loyalty, increasing share of wallet through proactive sales and service activities.
  2. Drive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions, including calls, appointments, and lobby engagement, to promote PNC solutions and build client relationships.
  3. Create customer loyalty by providing differentiated service, educating customers on managing transactions with technology, and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems effectively, ensuring compliance with policies and risk management standards.
  5. Ensure efficient and accurate branch operations, including daily transactions and risk mitigation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred skills include accountability, customer service, leveraging technology, proactive sales, and client loyalty.
  • Competencies include banking products, digital awareness, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and understanding customer needs.
  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is sufficient.
