Job summary

Rivian in Florida is seeking a Regional Manager, Autonomy Systems Validation to oversee operations across multiple testing locations. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Operations Coordinators responsible for daily vehicle testing, data collection, and hardware/software integration.

You will bridge regional site operations with senior engineering leadership, ensuring safety protocols, standardized testing procedures, and KPI achievement while working on-site at Rivian facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel frequently to regional testing sites.
• Proven experience in regional, multi-site, or high-level supervisory roles in automotive/autonomous testing.
• Ability to manage and develop supervisory-level employees.
• Experience collaborating with external staffing agencies and scaling driver headcount across locations.
• Strong proficiency with data analytics and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of concise regional reporting.
• On-site at Rivian facilities due to critical infrastructure role.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor multiple Operations Coordinators across the region.
• Ensure safety and performance standards across sites.
• Standardize regional training and onboarding by coordinators.
• Standardize regional processes, testing procedures, and safety work instructions.
• Aggregate regional data to set and monitor KPIs.
• Present regional reports to senior leadership and engineering teams.
• Optimize regional resource allocation and scheduling across sites.
