Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Director to guide automotive dealership marketing across Arizona and Nevada. This high-impact, client-facing role blends strategy, analytics, and relationship building to drive growth in sales, service revenue, and ROI.

You will partner with dealer principals and marketing leaders, present results, and implement data-driven campaigns using the Apollo platform, with a remote field-based setup and travel to key markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing or SaaS.
• Client-facing, consultative, account management, or marketing strategy experience.
• Strong data/analytics to drive marketing recommendations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to automotive dealership clients.
• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on sales, service, retention, and ROI.
• Analyze KPIs including traffic, leads, cost per lead, engagement, conversion, and sales attribution.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to dealer leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign, website, and lead performance.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products, services, and strategies with new clients.
• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
