Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire field operations teammates to achieve success.
• Coach and support training and development of field operations managers and teammates.
• Recruit for long term success and strengthen vendor relationships.
• Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to meet performance benchmarks.
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize workflow.
• Provide insights on marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities.
• Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve field operations and goals.
• Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
