Qualifications

7+ years of automotive repair experience.
5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability with new software.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire field operations teams.
Coach and support training of managers and teammates.
Recruit for long-term success.
Strengthen vendor relationships and partnerships regionally.
Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed.
Deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance benchmarks.
Align sales projections with capacity planning.
Provide market insights on plans and growth opportunities.
Perform quality control and inventory reviews on tools and fleet.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve field operations.
