Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee field operations across the region and deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will lead and develop teams, align sales projections with capacity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive growth and safety standards. Travel may be required to support education and certification training.

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• 5+ years leading and mentoring a team.
• Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applications

Job Summary

The Protech Regional Manager is responsible for delivering operational consistency while providing the highest overall value for continued business growth. This role will support the field operations success, development, and financial performance while focused on delivering a world class customer experience to gain lifetime promotors and grow Caliber’s reputation in the marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities

Qualifications, Education & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair

• 5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of people

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check

• Ability to pass a background check

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently

• Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training

• Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping

• Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles

• Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
