Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automotive repair.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and mentoring a team of people.
• Effective communication, time management, organizational and sales skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success.
• Coach and support the training and development of field operations managers and teammates.
• Proactively recruit for long term success.
• Strengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within region.
• Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks.
• Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow.
• Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities.
• Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety.
• Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals.
• Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies.
