Qualifications

7+ years of experience in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire field operations teams to achieve regional goals.
Coach and support training and development of field Operations Managers and Teammates.
Proactively recruit for long term success.
Strengthen vendor relationships and build partnerships within region.
Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed.
Deliver exceptional customer service to meet performance benchmarks.
Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize workflow.
Provide market insights on marketing plans, sales, and growth opportunities.
Perform quality control & inventory reviews on tools, fleets, and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve field operations and goals.
Willingness to learn new automotive technologies.
