The role reports to the VP, Internal Sales Manager and progresses with increasing responsibilities, including reporting, training support, and cross-department collaboration.

The package targets $100,000–$125,000+ total compensation, with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in financial services or related sales.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• 1–3 years of Financial Services or related sales experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or pursued.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and other MS Office products.
• Experience in financial instrument sales is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates high standards of integrity and compliance with laws and policies.
• Outbound prospecting calls to advisors in the region and build relationships.
• Schedule territory calendar, rotation and segmenting of advisors.
• Coordinate with external wholesalers and home offices to advance sales.
• Educate producers on investment solutions and portfolio developments.
• Analyze territory sales data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer service.
• Drive attendance to meetings, roadshows and firm events.
