Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking an ISC Internal Wholesaling Intern in Downers Grove, IL.

The role supports the Internal Wholesaling team, advisors, and leadership on meaningful business initiatives within financial services and asset management. You will gain hands-on experience working with internal and external wholesalers, enhancing outreach to financial advisors, and assisting with territory analytics and product materials.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in our Downers Grove, Illinois corporate headquarters.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn other software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support internal wholesalers with daily outreach to financial advisors via calls, emails, and scheduling meetings.
• Analyze advisor activity, territory trends, and product opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and assist with territory analytics.
• Prepare territory reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Create and update product materials, presentations, and talking points.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and advisor communications.
• Provide general administrative support to the Internal Wholesaling team.
