Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of program management or supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build collaborations across organizations.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to program managers across assigned programs.
• Ensure programs operate in alignment with contract requirements, grant deliverables, and organization expectations.
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and timelines to ensure goals are met.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with the BMELH Board to ensure strong governance and strategic direction.
• Represent UMHS in external meetings, workgroups, and collaborative settings.
