The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Oregon-registered background, pediatric First Aid/CPR, and strong financial and administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and billing while supporting the hospital’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Oregon Central Background Registry required prior to employment; First Aid & CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 70+ employees and lead Center staff to achieve goals.
• Interview and hire teaching staff; develop and manage budget.
• Maintain records and submit budget; oversee billing and receivables.
• Develop policies and coordinate meal planning with dietary department.
• On-site supervision of building/grounds and safety training compliance.
• Support hospital mission, participate in required education for DNV programs.
