Job summary

Sephora in Orlando, FL is seeking an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You’ll work with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

This full-time, hourly role requires 1–2 years in retail operations or loss prevention, strong teamwork, and the ability to de‑escalate conflicts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness through meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75-80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident response with professionalism and client experience.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in court if required.
