Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Area Service Leader to guide all service activities from installation to long-term contracts across the West Region (Southern California, Arizona & Nevada). You will align service coordination with sales, manage field technicians and supervisors, and drive revenue and margin for parts and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial product space with diverse product portfolio including service offerings.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.

• Oversee all service activities from installation to contract-based service across the West Region.
• Coordinate field service, pricing, and logistical support to ensure profitability of parts and services.
