Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks an Area Service Leader to drive service activities from installation to contracts across the West Region (Southern California, Arizona & Nevada). You will lead field technicians and service supervisors, coordinate with sales on pricing, and own revenue and margins for the parts and service business within the geography.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in industrial products, 3+ years of management, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; engineering/technical/business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial product space, preferably with service offerings.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full services portfolio performance and technician training.
• Collaborate with Operations Leader on service coordination and with sales on pricing.
• Hire, coach, and develop service staff to drive customer satisfaction.
• Build technician and supervisor pipelines and manage workforce planning.
• Maximize cash flow by prompt invoicing and governing budgets.
• Ensure EH&S compliance and provide safety training.
• Visit customers regularly to provide solutions.
