Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Area Service Leader responsible for leading service activities across California, Nevada, and Arizona. This role involves managing technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service growth in the West Region.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and extensive management experience in the industrial product space. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as experience in Profit & Loss management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial product space, preferably with a diverse product portfolio.
• 3+ years management experience in a customer facing environment.
• Experience managing technical workforce, including remote employees.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full services portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Leader to ensure alignment with service objectives.
• Effectively attract, coach, counsel, train, and develop all service employees.
