Asset Living in Orlando is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operations of several multifamily communities under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead on-site staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and administration while driving financial performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Travel 25–50% annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience managing on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Familiarity with property management software and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple multifamily communities under Regional Manager.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration & risk.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor contracts and invoices.
• Drive resident satisfaction, leasing closures, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate travel 25–50% of the time and ensure policy compliance.
