Job summary

Klein is seeking a Regional Property Manager for the Orlando metro area to lead our Florida team. You will drive resident satisfaction and asset performance, guiding leasing, maintenance and administrative operations to align with owner objectives.

The role demands strategic oversight, multi-site leadership, and a focus on profitability. A valid FL driver’s license is required and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years multi-site experience as a Regional Property Manager or higher.
• Must have a valid FL driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or related field; ARM/RAM/CPM preferred.
• Familiar with federal, state and local Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset integrity and maximize returns per owner objectives.
• Hire, train, supervise staff including Property Managers and site staff.
• Oversee leasing, administrative and maintenance staff on site.
• Oversee capital improvements and budgeting; conduct regular site inspections.
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets; review monthly P&L statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and manage vendor contracts.
