Poppy Bank is seeking an Area Manager to oversee Branch Managers across Alameda, San Rafael, Corte Madera, Millbrae, San Mateo, and the SF Financial District. The role starts at San Rafael or Millbrae and will move to San Francisco in 2027.

You will lead sales, operations, staffing, training, and performance improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ progressive branch operations and/or sales management in financial services or banking.
• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Lead and develop Branch Managers; manage recruitment, performance and training.
• Drive regional sales, customer acquisition and cross-selling initiatives.
