Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience in clinical, aviation, or maintenance with leadership background.
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day base operations across multiple bases in Nebraska.
• Drive KPIs to maximize profit contribution.
• Manage P&L, expenses, and payroll controls.
• Recruit, coach, and develop area teammates.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Coordinate with COE and regional leadership.
