Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or other multi-unit operating environments.
• Ability to travel regularly between territory locations and maintain a visible, engaged leadership presence.
• Lead during peak and high-impact periods, including nights, weekends, holidays, and major events.
• Strategic and results-oriented leader with ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Champion Tree House’s commitment to product quality and operational excellence across all locations in the territory.
• Set and execute the strategic vision for the territory with data-driven decisions.
• Lead the territory’s financial performance through disciplined fiscal stewardship and growth initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of P&L, labor, sales trends, and cost management to drive informed decisions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs and leading teams through change.
• Strengthen quality control programs, standards, and processes for scalable execution across locations.
• Develop leadership pipelines by coaching managers and partnering with HR for succession planning.
• Lead with accountability, enforce policies, and recognize team successes.
