Downeast Cider House is seeking a Regional Sales Director – Home Base North to lead our Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont sales efforts. This role focuses on building a high-performance team, driving regional revenue, and nurturing wholesaler partnerships.

You will coach Senior Territory Managers, manage budgets and goals, and build plans for distribution and on‑premise growth. A strong track record in alcohol sales is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience.
• A track record of providing excellent customer service.
• Proven discipline in managing budgets and a weekly/monthly account list.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• At least 21 years old (federal & state alcohol regulations).
• Must reside within the territory (Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont).
• Experience in sales training (bonus).
• Experience in alcohol — beer, wine, spirits, or cider (bonus).
• Proficient in Google Suite (bonus).
• Good with funny gifs and memes (bonus).

Aufgaben

• Build a Strong Team: Build and manage a sales team of A-players. Identify top talent and fill open positions with urgency.
• Keep the Hustle High: Maintain a high-motivation, performance-based environment and set clear goals.
• Grow Revenue: Lead CE, distribution, and team goals across three states; drive launches through wholesaler network.
• Own the Wholesaler Relationships: Be the point of contact for five wholesaler partners and lead regular meetings.
