Tree House Brewing Company in Massachusetts seeks an Area Director East to provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple locations across the region. This is a fully in-person role requiring consistent weekly travel within the assigned territory.

You will set strategic vision, drive profitability, manage labor and costs, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Competenze

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or other multi-unit operating environments.
• Ability to travel regularly between territory locations and maintain a visible leadership presence.
• Lead during peak periods including nights, weekends, holidays, and major events.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple Tree House locations across Massachusetts and the Northeast.
• Set and execute the territory's strategic vision balancing risk, opportunity, and long-term business objectives.
• Drive the territory's financial performance through disciplined fiscal stewardship and cost controls.
• Maintain understanding of P&L, labor efficiency, sales trends, and cost management to inform decisions.
• Lead and coach management teams; develop leadership pipelines and succession planning.
