Responsibilities

• Oversee APS program operations, support staff across counties, monitor performance and trends.
• Provide guidance on complex cases, coordinate training and stakeholder engagement, ensure compliance.
• Evaluate program performance using data and reports, support practice-improvement strategies.
• Coordinate training delivery, represent APS on committees, foster cross-agency collaboration.
• Maintain current best-practice knowledge and support emergency response planning.
