Reporting To

Lead Senior Channel Applications Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Channel Applications Engineer (CAE) will provide technical sales execution to the Channel team, Channel partners, technical support, product engineering, R&D, and end customers. Responsibilities include:

• Applying technical knowledge to design tailored solutions based on the portfolio to meet customer needs.
• Strengthening customer relationships and proactively engaging with new clients.
• Supporting sales techniques through effective communication, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Analyzing drive, PLC/HMI motor application problems and coordinating activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Low Voltage drives and basic knowledge of applications like compressors, pumps, fans, etc.
• Strong technical application and communication skills.
• Understanding of serial and Ethernet communication protocols.
• Programming experience with industrial PLCs.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and passport, with ability to travel within the Northeast territory >50% of the time.
• Legal work authorization for the US.
