Paradies Lagardère in Atlanta seeks a Senior Manager - Design & Construction to lead the delivery of airport Dining Division construction projects regionally across North America.

You will manage a team of Senior Project Managers and PMs, ensure projects run on time and within budget, and collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Brand, and Dining Operations to align with national initiatives. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with 5+ years in leadership or multi-site oversight.
• Deep experience in food & beverage construction, preferably within airport environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, distributed teams and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of airport permitting, logistics, phasing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Excel) and budgeting/forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%; based in Atlanta, GA.

Mansioni

• Directly manage a team of Senior Project Managers, PM IIs, and PM Is across active and upcoming Dining projects in the region.
• Set team goals, workload allocations, and performance expectations aligned with national construction strategy.
• Mentor and develop project management talent across all levels.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, permitting challenges, or contractor performance concerns.
• Oversee 15-25+ concurrent construction projects across multiple airport platforms.
• Review and approve regional schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure consistent reporting, quality, and closeout practices across regional workstreams.
• Liaise with the Director of Construction - Dining to align with national initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Brand, and Dining Operations to meet business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and platform planning sessions.
• Maintain relationships with airport authorities and regulators; ensure TSA/compliance.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings with airport clients and partners.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and forecasts; coordinate with Finance/Procurement.
• Champion adoption of national construction standards and project delivery tools.
