Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience.
• 5+ years in leadership or multi-site oversight; travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a team of Senior PMs, PM IIs, and PM Is across active and upcomingDining projects.
• Review and approve regional schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure consistency in reporting, documentation, and closeout practices across regional workstreams.
• Collaborate with Design, Sourcing, Business Development, Brand, and Dining Operations teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with airport authorities and regulatory bodies.
