Job summary

Paradies Lagardere seeks a Senior Manager – Design & Construction for Dining to lead regional project delivery across North America. Based in Atlanta, GA, you will oversee a team of Senior PMs, PM IIs, and PM Is, delivering 15–25+ concurrent dining construction projects with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will collaborate with Design, Procurement, Brand, and Dining Operations teams, drive standardization, and manage airport stakeholder relations, with travel up to 60% to site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with 10+ years in project management.
• Experience managing multiple airport dining projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a regional team of Senior PMs, PM IIs, and PM Is.
• Oversee 15–25+ concurrent dining construction projects across airport platforms.
• Align regional delivery with national construction strategy and budgets.
• Ensure reporting, quality standards, and turnover documentation are consistent.
