Job summary

Qualifications

• M.S. degree in Agronomy or related field preferred.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy with minimum of seven years of field experience.
• People management experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an agronomy team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Create and coordinate quarterly activity plans to increase sales.
• Provide sales support activities and local product expertise.
• Train Field Agronomists and assist in their personal development.
