Job summary

Isuzu Motors America LLC is seeking an Aftersales & Training coordinator to manage training administration, LMS records, and regional program support. The role requires coordinating invoices, payments, and dealer communications across Latin America and the Caribbean, with travel 5%–15%.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years in business or sales admin, fluent in Spanish and English, and strong MS Office skills. Bachelor's degree pursuit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates of Arts degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum three years in business, sales administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of LMS administration a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Training Administration & LMS records and reports.
• Coordinate invoice processing, payments, and vendor documentation.
• Plan regional training programs, workshops, webinars, and dealer events.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on aftersales metrics and communications.
• Provide backup support for TIR, AR, warranty and quality activities.
• Support management reporting and departmental documentation.
