Job summary

Veritext is seeking an Operations Director, ADR to lead strategic growth and operational excellence across ADR, Veritext, and key functions. You will drive financial performance, develop high‑performing teams, and strengthen client and neutral relationships to advance organizational goals.

You will oversee recruitment and roster strategy, ensure excellent service delivery, and partner across divisions on integrations and knowledge sharing in a dynamic national market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ADR, legal operations, professional services, business leadership, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success in leading teams, operations, strategic growth, and initiatives.
• Strong executive leadership with the ability to develop leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth plans to expand market presence and client relationships.
• Own business performance including revenue, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams and support succession planning.
• Drive recruitment and roster strategy aligned with practice areas and geography.
• Strengthen client and market relationships with counsel, referrals, and marketing.
• Provide strategic oversight for service delivery and operational systems.
• Support ADR integration, acquisitions, and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Support dispute resolution operations during high volume or transitions.
