Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees implementation of functional strategy through subordinate staff and ensures quality and deadlines.
• Manages the department in the absence of the Executive Director of Admission.
• Manages an assigned recruitment territory to support university enrollment goals.
• Provides guidance and training to employees and gives performance feedback.
• Monitors records and reports relevant to assigned work to inform decisions.
• Directs the function’s budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency.
