• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, higher education, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and guide prospective students from inquiry through enrollment.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, families, counselors, and community organizations.
• Conduct admissions interviews and evaluate applications for admission.
• Counsel students and families on financial aid resources, including scholarships, grants, loans, and payment plans.
• Collaborate with enrollment leadership to develop financial aid and scholarship strategies that support recruitment goals.
• Manage prospect communications and recruitment activities using enrollment and student information systems.
• Analyze admissions, financial aid, and enrollment data to identify trends and improve recruitment and yield efforts.
• Assist with daily admissions and financial aid operations while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent the institution at campus visit programs, open houses, orientation events, scholarship programs, and other enrollment-related activities.

This leadership role combines student recruitment, admissions counseling, financial aid advising, and enrollment management to help prospective students and families navigate the path to higher education.
