As a key member of the Admissions team, this position represents UMN Morris—a top‑ranked public liberal arts college—to prospective students, families, high school counselors, and community partners in the Twin Cities region.
The successful candidate will articulate the value of a liberal arts and sciences education, emphasizing UMN Morris's hands‑on learning, faculty‑student collaboration, vibrant campus community, affordability, and commitment to student success. This role involves developing and executing a targeted recruitment strategy for the Twin Cities metro territory to meet enrollment goals, while providing exceptional service to prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
Note: This position is not eligible for H‑1B or Green Card sponsorship and does not offer a STEM OPT training program.
This is a regional, field‑based position located in the Twin Cities, with regular travel throughout the metropolitan area and periodic overnight travel for recruitment events, including trips to the Morris campus about once per month for a couple of days, at least two full weeks per semester. Significant travel, evening, and weekend hours occur during peak recruitment periods (typically fall and spring).
Pay Range: $45,505.98 - $48,500; depending on education/qualifications/experience
