Stryker Corporation is hiring a Remote Acute Care Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in a defined region, driving revenue growth and market share for the Acute Care unit. You will coach a direct sales team, build customer relationships, and collaborate with service teams to support sales efforts, with a strong focus on strategy and leadership.

The role involves field-based duties with approximately 60% travel, leveraging a direct sales approach to meet financial plans and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years’ experience in sales required.
• 2+ years’ experience in medical devices/disposables/capital equipment.
• Previous management experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy and objections to achieve financial plan for the Region by revenue growth, share and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the team and reinforce company vision, mission and strategy.
• Develops and maintains Key Opinion Leader relationships at Executive level.
• Hiring, training, performance management, territory and quota assignment, forecasting and budgeting are all common job duties.
