Role Overview

The Opportunity
Develop and grow the CSL Seqirus influenza portfolio within a regional geography, focusing on both public and private healthcare accounts, including Integrated Delivery Networks, Public Health entities, and other healthcare sites with influenza vaccination opportunities. The role emphasizes expanding into key IDN accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and increasing uptake in public health sectors such as public health departments, FQHCs, state immunization programs, and VFC initiatives. The Regional Account Manager will create a strategic business plan aligned with broader portfolio goals, aiming for account retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage approximately 15 accounts across private and public sectors, analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and foster mutually beneficial relationships adhering to CSL Seqirus core values.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Regional Accounts and team members to promote teamwork and coordinate with national accounts, field sales, and GPO teams for fulfillment and pull-through strategies.
  3. Partner with marketing, medical affairs, market access, customer operations, and public affairs teams to enhance performance and customer experience.
  4. Represent CSL Seqirus at trade shows, customer meetings, and conferences; coordinate clinical training and in-services; educate accounts on payer landscape; and develop tailored resources.
  5. Develop and implement account strategies, analyze account objectives, forecast sales, and execute contract requirements.
  6. Lead pull-through efforts with IDN customers through teamwork and collaboration with sales teams.
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred.
  • Proven success in account management, contract negotiations, and execution with IDN accounts and GPOs.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in B2B and pharma/biotech sales or account management; vaccine sales experience highly preferred.
