Important Requirement: This is a road warrior position. You must be comfortable traveling extensively and staying overnight Monday through Thursday each week to visit client sites and support customer needs in the field.

Salary: $75,000 annually plus commission. You will receive 2.5% commission on all sales growth above your annual baseline.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry research, and targeted outreach
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expanded product offerings
• Develop new accounts by understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify potential opportunities
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Clearly communicate the progress of sales initiatives, customer opportunities, and account activity to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key sales and account metrics, including sales results, pipeline activity, new business, and customer retention
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to move opportunities forward and maintain strong relationships
• Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively while identifying opportunities to strengthen the relationship

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven work experience in account management, business development, sales, outside sales, or a related role
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization
• Confidence in juggling multiple accounts, prospects, and priorities while switching gears quickly
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative and working independently
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight Monday through Thursday every week
