Load One, LLC is seeking a high‑performing Regional Account Manager to drive new business and expand existing relationships across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. You will engage manufacturers and logistics decision makers, navigate complex freight needs, and convert opportunities into recurring lanes.
You will cover the full sales cycle, travel the territory, and leverage HubSpot for pipeline management while building long-term partnerships with shippers seeking expedited, time‑sensitive freight
Load One is one of the top three premium expedited transportation providers in the United States. Our portfolio spans Ground Expedite, Air Charter and Air Freight, Truckload Dry Van, Curtainside and Conestoga Specialized, Flatbed and Heavy Haul, all supported by 24/7/365 operations infrastructure built for speed sensitive, mission critical freight.
We are asset backed, technology driven, PE backed, and growing. The Georgia, Alabama, and Florida territory is a high opportunity market with significant untapped potential across manufacturing, automotive supply chain, distribution, and industrial sectors. The customers are there. The need is there. What has been missing is the right person to win that business and grow it.
You will be physically in this market every day, visiting manufacturers, automotive suppliers, distributors, and logistics decision makers across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. You will build a book of business from scratch and develop it into a lasting portfolio of high value accounts.
This role balances two responsibilities. Expect roughly 60 percent of your time on new business development and 40 percent on expanding the accounts you win. Winning the first load is the start of the relationship, not the finish line. Our best Regional Account Managers turn one emergency shipment into recurring lanes, additional plants, and new service lines.
You will own this market. You will earn accordingly.

Florida: Distribution and 3PL concentration in Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville, aerospace and defense suppliers near Cape Canaveral and Pensacola, and time critical MRO and industrial freight out of Miami.
