Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to retain and grow an assigned book of customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will be in-market with buyers and decision-makers, using data to spot opportunities and drive measurable growth across our portfolios. The role requires 2–4 years of account management experience, strong Power BI and MS Office skills, and willingness to travel across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• 2–4 years of account management, sales, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with your accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders at each account, identify influencers and decision-makers, and direct effort accordingly.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio including coffee, tea, mixes/spices, using Power BI to identify gaps.
• Use customer-facing materials and seasonal offerings to lead growth conversations.
• Develop and execute account growth plans identifying upsell, cross-sell, and wallet-share opportunities.
• Present new products and innovation ideas in the context of each customer’s business.
