Job summary

Elevance Health's Regional Account Liaison role covers the San Antonio–Houston TX territory, focusing on building relationships with physician offices, manufacturer reps, and care teams to refer patients to BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy services.

You will develop therapy plans, use market insights to drive authorizations, and coordinate with operations to align procedures and systems while traveling up to 50% of the time. A BS/BA and 4+ years of sales are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• Bi-lingual may be required in certain jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develops therapy plans including targeting, routing, and call cycle based on territory knowledge.
• Utilizes strategic business sales plan and market intelligence for authorization.
• Implements the territory sales plan and works with manufacturer representatives to maintain current awareness of product updates and other pertinent information.
• Responds to inquiries from referral sources.
• Analyzes prescribing patterns across the territory and specifically by office.
• Updates the territory sales plan to achieve defined results in collaboration with leadership.
• Works with operations to review procedures and requirements while maintaining awareness of software use and capabilities.
