Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B commercial experience in critical minerals, metals, or related industrial commodities.
• Experience originating and closing multi-year high-value supply or offtake agreements.
• Hands-on experience drafting term sheets and negotiating complex contracts including pricing, volume, and INCOTERMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for MP Materials' rare earth products.
• Lead key customer relationships and negotiate long-term offtake and supply agreements.
• Oversee deal structuring, pricing mechanisms, take-or-pay terms and contract negotiations.
• Manage forecasts, market intelligence, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue growth.
• Build and lead a small sales and account management team with CRM discipline.
