For our client, we are seeking a Director of Operations (6-12) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will oversee multi-unit restaurant operations, guiding General Managers and supporting strong day-to-day execution across multiple locations. The position is focused on driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth while maintaining high standards for service, compliance, and team development. The Director will also partner on market planning, site analysis, and community engagement to support continued expansion.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
