Job summary

US Foods is seeking a financial leader to oversee up to six Areas within the region. You will partner with the Region VP Finance, Area Presidents and cross‑functional teams to guide financial planning, forecasting and control activities across multiple sites.

You will lead Area Finance leaders, drive budgeting and analysis, provide decision support, and develop action plans to improve profitability while ensuring SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 10 years of accounting and/or financial analysis management experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and influencing others.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Finance Teams with direct oversight of Area Finance leaders at remote locations.
• Support planning and forecasting for assigned Areas to ensure on-time completion.
• Provide decision support and analyses for projects and opportunities in the Region.
• Drive business results by guiding revenue and profitability initiatives across areas.
• Establish and maintain SOX controls and ensure compliance testing at the Area level.
