Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Area Finance leader to guide the financial strategy for the assigned area and own P&L while driving EBITDA through cost controls. You will partner with regional leaders to forecast and optimize performance, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive risk management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to translate business plans into actionable financial actions and to lead continuous improvement across the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence others.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX.

Responsibilities

• Advise on long-term financial and strategic planning to Area President and leaders.
• Own P&L management and drive EBITDA through cost controls.
• Deliver timely reporting and analysis with Controllers Group, COE and Region teams.
• Collaborate with Area leaders to meet forecasts and strategic plans.
