US Foods is seeking a Senior Regional Finance Leader to oversee financial planning, analysis, and control for multiple Areas within a Remote Region-based role. You will partner with Region VP Finance, Area Presidents, and cross-functional leaders to drive profitability and adherence to the business plan.

The role requires leading Area Finance teams across remote sites, delivering forecasts, and guiding strategic financial decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; 10 years of accounting and/or financial analysis management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others.
• General knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control including GAAP and SOX.
• Broad skillset in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Travel up to 75%.

Mansioni

• Lead Area Finance Teams with direct oversight of Area Finance leaders at remote locations.
• Ensure daily, monthly and quarterly financial responsibilities are met.
• Train, coach, and develop Area Directors, Finance.
• Support annual planning and forecasts for assigned Areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit financial objectives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and present plans to senior leaders.
• Drive analysis for projects and opportunities within the Region.
• Provide financial support to the Region VP Finance and Area personnel.
• Develop tools to provide critical financial information for decision making.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability with region-wide initiatives.
• Oversee SOX controls and compliance testing at the Area level.
• Communicate monthly and quarterly results to Region and Support Office.
